PlanGuru Technical Support

PlanGuru product support has a new home at our PlanGuru Community site PlanGuru Support Forums

Here's how it works:
1. Go to our PlanGuru Community site and join or log in (if you're already a member)
2. Click on the Forums tab at the top of the page
3. Follow the instructions in the left pane of the Forums Home page to post your question

The PlanGuru Support Team monitors the forum. We will respond to your question, and you will receive an email with a link to our response.

Please note: The forums are open for all to browse however technical support is limited to Version 12 users. Previous version licensees must upgrade to Version 12 here:
Professional Edition Upgrade | Consultant Edition Upgrade

During our normal business hours we will generally respond to support requests within 2 hours.

Customer Support operating hours:
Weekdays - Monday through Friday
8:30AM to 5:00PM MST
