If I order, can I download the software and start using it immediately?
Yes, if you order online, you will automatically receive download instructions and activation codes.

Am I charged for future updates?
Current licensees are entitled to download updates to their licensed version at no charge. However, if you wish to upgrade to a new version when it becomes available, there is an upgrade charge.

Can I run PlanGuru 2011 on more than one computer?
The standard PlanGuru license is a single machine license which entitles you to run PlanGuru 2011 on one computer. Additional machine licenses are available at a discounted price, or you can purchase networking capabilities with your additional licenses, which entitles you to run PlanGuru 2011 on all computers and/or a network server at one location.

Can I load PlanGuru on my server?
If you are licensed for networking capabilities of PlanGuru, you can install and run PlanGuru on your network server.

Can I store client data files on my server for easy backup?
Although you can not run PlanGuru on your network server unless you have networking capabilities, you can store your data files on a server or another drive on your workstation.

How many clients can I set up on PlanGuru?
There are no limits to the number of clients you can set up in PlanGuru.
