Information is collected at the time of a sale to complete the sale and deliver the products. Customer lists are not sold or distributed to third parties. New Horizon Software Technologies does use customer lists to send license upgrade notices, newsletters, and information regarding other New Horizon Software Technologies products.

Credit card information
Credit card transaction are processed by PayPal. A third party professional authorization service was chosen for added security and reliability. Information provided by the customer at time of purchase is collected by PayPal. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties. New Horizon Software Technologies does not maintain any credit card information on its servers.

Web site log files
Web site log files are generated that collect the IP address of the visitor, date, time and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.

Cookies
Internet 'cookies' are not used by New Horizon Software Technologies.

Any changes to this policy made in the future will not affect information already collected.
