Our Management Team
Edward Wielage - Co-founder, Ed holds a bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from the University of California Berkeley. Ed has been a CPA for over 25 years working for national and regional public accounting firms. Prior to starting New Horizon Technologies Inc, from 1989 to 1997, Ed and Sally Sprankle founded and operated Cogent Technologies Inc. Cogent Technologies developed and marketed to the accounting profession one of the most successful trial balance software programs.

Sally Sprankle - Co-founder, Sally holds a bachelors degree from Boston University and a masters degree in software engineering from the University of Maryland. Sally worked for EDS in software development prior to co-founding Cogent Technologes Inc with Ed Wielage in 1989.
